Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring rackets are protected to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the equipment at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
