Do your rackets come pre-strung?
Most of our intermediate and professional rackets are sold unstrung to allow for custom tension preferences. However, many recreational models come factory-strung. You can select your preferred string type and tension at checkout using our professional stringing service.
What is your return policy for sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that rackets cannot be returned once the plastic wrap on the handle has been removed or if the racket has been used in play.
How long does shipping take for customized rackets?
Orders requiring custom stringing typically take an additional 1-2 business days to process. Standard shipping within the continental US usually arrives in 3-5 business days.
